CTA Group has delivered commercial flooring packages across large-scale residential and mixed-use developments including Yarra One, Swanston Central and Sky One.

These projects required coordinated sequencing across multi-storey builds, detailed floor prep, and consistent finishes across apartments, corridors and common areas. CTA’s scope included the installation of carpet and engineered timber flooring, supported by leveling and substrate preparation to ensure stable, accurate installation at scale.

Yarra One

Yarra One encompasses 256 living spaces including one, two & three bedroom apartments as well as a number of penthouses.

The apartments were laid using 36 ounce 100% soft solution dyed nylon cut pile twist carpet across two colour schemes.

Yarra One was also completed using 2 timber colour schemes with a choice of either pre-finished engineered straight board or pre-finished engineered chevron boards.

Swanston Central

Swanston Central is a residential apartment building with over 1,000 apartments conveniently situated in Melbourne’s CBD.

CTA installed over 40,000 sqm of flooring across the City, Central & Sky Levels within the building as well as the corridors.

The carpet was split across two colour schemes in varying weights. Engineered timber was also used in select areas within the build.

Sky One stands proudly as the tallest residential tower outside of Melbourne’s CBD.

With 36 stories of luxury dwellings, 3 levels of premium retail & leisure outlets and a panoramic view of Melbourne’s skyline, this is an impressive project that CTA was proud to be a part of.

CTA was contracted to lay the flooring in the apartments, corridors, and common areas.

A selection of premium custom engineered straight-board timber were used across the project as well as 50 and 40 ounce carpet.
